Days closed are marked in red & parent meetings are marked in yellow. The weeks shaded in purple are included in the 12 month program and they represent our February Break & the Spring Break Camps. These weeks are available for purchase for children in the 10 month program. The days shaded in green represent Summer Break Camp also included in the 12 month program, you just continue paying your monthly payment, there is no extra charge. As for the 10 month program these weeks are available for an extra fee.

Medical Form

Must be updated yearly. Vaccination record, allergy information. A vaccination print out is acceptable please write see attached across page one. Second page of form must be completed by the doctor.
Sunscreen, Bug Spray & Diaper Cream
Key Info
One form must be completed for each product listed above that you would like us to apply on your child. If you do not complete these forms we cannot apply the product. Also the products listed on the form must be the same as the product that you supply. If forms are completed and product is not supplied we cannot apply any other product on your child.
Parent Questionaire

This form helps us get to know your child. Please complete no sooner then one month before attending camp or school.
Napping Form
All the Facts
This form is required to be filled out whether or not your child will be napping with us. If during the course of your child's attendance they discontinue napping the bottom portion of this form must be completed.
Tuition Express Form

This form should be completed if you would like your tuition payments automatically deducted monthly form a credit card or a bank account.
